garance, la mer opale

Sunday has slowly but surely become my favorite day of the week.

1.    Got up around eight a.m., went to the gym at nine, got back home & showered.

 2.    Went to the bookstore, picked up Julian Barnes’ Pulse (the conversational pieces are always so good, so smart!), sat down at Starbucks (they’re right next to each other, don’t judge!) and read the first three stories. And continued writing my one last essay for this past semester, which is due sometime next week. Didn’t finish it. Boo.

 3.    Met up with friends, got frozen yoghurt and went and saw Midnight in Paris (the frozen yoghurt store is right next to the movie theatre, haha! yes, it’s brilliant, I know!) A decent quality version leaked by the way, for those of you who are interested in seeing it.

4.    And now, I think I’m gonna watch the latest episode of The Hour (how good is Ben Whishaw in this? His character is a bit clichéd maybe, but he more than makes up for it in my opinion), and afterwards listen to some more Django Reinhardt, read and go to bed. Sounds like a plan.
